Board of Supervisors Board of SupervisorsApril 12, 2012 7:00 PM On Thursday, April 12, 2012, at 7:00pm in the Board Meeting Room of the Lancaster County Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, Virginia, the Lancaster County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2013 annual Lancaster Public Schools' budget. The following is a synopsis of the proposed budget presented to the Board of Supervisors by the Lancaster County School Board:

Application for Special Exception as required by Article 5-1-3 of the Lancaster County Zoning Ordinance by Janice Doggett to place an individual manufactured home on a 0.542-acre parcel described as Tax Map #25-91B. This property is zoned R-1, Residential General and is located off Millenbeck Road (VSH 682) near its intersection with River Road (VSH 354). 2. Application for Special Exception as required by Article 12-4-1 of the Lancaster County Zoning Ordinance by Jay William Fox to expand/enlarge an existing authorized non-conforming residential structure on a 0.468-acre parcel described as Tax Map #35-110G.
