Treasurer's Office

The Office of the Treasurer for cities and counties of the Commonwealth was established by the constitution in 1869. The primary function of a local Treasurer can be grouped into three major catogories:

  1. The receipt and collection of revenue
  2. The safe keeping of revenue
  3. The appropriate accounting for and disbursement of revenue

The Lancaster County Treasurers Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Online Tax Payments

Lancaster County has contracted with Web Fee Pay to process electronic payments of local personal property and real estate taxes. Taxpayers can go to www.webfeepay.com to make their payments. Taxpayers will need the tax year and ticket number for each payment. A convenience fee of 2.45% will be added to each transaction by Web Fee Pay. Real Estate Tax Inquiry

Lancaster County Real Estate Tax Records can now be viewed online. Searches can be done by tax map/parcel number, last name, or account number to view real estate information including property assessment, tax amounts owed, and payment history.
