Application for Special Exception by Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (agent) and Mark F. Dameron, Trustee of the Mark F. Dameron and Maida G. Dameron Joint Trust (owners) to site a 150-foot monopole wireless telecommunications tower and associated fenced equipment compound on a portion of a 39.58-acre parcel described as Tax Map #35-110. This property is located adjacent to Little Bay Road (VSH 643), Blue Heron Lane (VSH 749), and Dungeons Thicket Road (VSH 645) in District 3.
Consideration of a Major Revision to a Previously Approved Master Plan for the New Tides, LLC for the former Tides Lodge property located at the terminus of Saint Andrews Lane (VSH 757) on Tax Map # 27B-3-1, 27B-4-1, 27B-4-1A and 27B-4-1B. The revision includes replacing the previously approved single large 65-unit condominium building with multiple smaller condominium buildings.
In accordance with Section 15.2-2506 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Lancaster County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Meeting Room of the Lancaster County Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, Virginia, to receive comments from the public on the proposed Lancaster County Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2025 (FY25). Instructions for Making Public Comment
Electronic Participation Meetings are conducted in a Zoom webinar format in which the board members and certain members of County staff ("panelists") may be visible on camera and will be able to speak, while the press corps and members of the general public ("attendees") will be placed in a "view-only/listen-only" participation mode.
When applicable (depending on the type of meeting being conducted), members of the public who wish to state their comments or questions must ask to be recognized by clicking the "Raise Hand" button near the bottom of the Zoom interface window. Telephone callers will be able to raise their hands by pressing *9 on their telephone keypad. Upon being unmuted, citizens should provide their name and district in which they reside and then state their question or comment.
Inappropriate or offensive comments or language will result in immediate dismissal from the meeting.
