Kilmarnock Refuse Center Maintenance: June 4th - June 14th

Scheduled Maintenance - Kilmarnock Convenience Center

Kindly note that scheduled maintenance to replace compactor concrete pads will begin on June 4, 2024.  Compactor downtime will begin June 4 through June 14, 2024.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• No use of trash compactors
• The center will be restricted to general household waste and recyclable materials ONLY.
• Construction debris, furniture or large bulky items will be redirected to the Lancaster and Nuttsville locations.
• Open top roll-off dumpsters will be provided for disposal of general household waste.
• Expect limited use or redirection to another location due to center fullness.
• Persons with disabilities or needing assistance offloading into roll-off dumpsters should see site attendant for assistance.
